A Day of Fishing on Kachemak Bay
If fishing is a priority during your stay, our charter package is the best way to make the most of your time in Kachemak Bay. Add a full day of deep-sea fishing to your Lodge experience and head out in search of halibut and/or rockfish with a local, family-owned charter operation.
Your experienced captain will often run 30 to 60 miles out to prime fishing grounds, making the journey an adventure in itself. Travel past remote coastlines, with views of volcanoes and snowcapped peaks and the chance to spot sea otters, seals, and whales that call these waters home.
Once you're back at the Lodge, bring your fresh catch to our chefs to prepare during your stay. If you'd rather take a piece of Alaska with you, you're welcome to have your fish packaged and shipped home.
This add-on experience is $850 per person. Species vary by season and availability.
