* Guest arriving mid-week have a 1:30 PM arrival.

Children ages 6 to 12 are 50% of full price.  Children under age 6 are free (sorry, no child care services).

Rates are based on double occupancy.  A 50% single supplement applies to solo travelers.

Water Taxi departures meet at Ramp #2 at the Homer Spit Boat Harbor.

Deposit & Cancellation policy: A 50% deposit by personal check, Visa or MasterCard is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking. If you need to cancel 60+ days prior to arrival a refund will be given less a 3% cancellation fee. If 60 days or less notice of cancellation, 100% penalty will apply provided we cannot fill the space. Bad weather can delay air or boat travel; we cannot assume financial responsibility for costs due to weather delays. We highly recommend travel insurance.
