Breakfast:
7.30-9.30 AM Continental with fresh baked muffins, coffeecakes and a variety of breads and bagels, sliced fresh fruits, granolas and cold cereals with milk or yogurt, fresh berries, choice of fruit juices and coffee and tea.
Served breakfast offers hot cereals, eggs any style,
breakfast sausages, bacon and ham, waffles, blueberry pancakes,
sourdough hotcakes and vegetarian omelets.
Lunch:
Monday: homemade soup, salad and quiche or hot
entree, fresh fruit and sorbet and home-baked cookies.
Lunches are made to match each guest's request and packed to go for the day's activities Tuesday through Friday. |
